To cover the medical expenses for her mother's surgery, college student Nina sells her first sexual experience at a hefty price to a stranger named Ian. Shortly after, her mother's condition deteriorates, and she urgently needs an artificial kidney transplant. Evan, a suitor of Nina's, takes her to seek help from his uncle. Nina is shocked to discover that the uncle is none other than Ian, the man from that fateful night.
