After being betrayed by her boyfriend, Mason, Chloe meets a handsome man at the bar and tries to seduce him. Just before they get to the point, Chloe recognizes the man she kissed—Ethan Foster, the well-known lawyer in the city, a billionaire, and her ex-boyfriend's brother-in-law. Chloe flees the bar and gets a phone call: her father has been framed by Mason and taken into custody. Mason tells Chloe that no one would dare to take this case except Ethan. Chloe begs for Ethan’s help over and over again, but Ethan is only interested in having her in bed. Ethan refuses Chloe because he doesn't want to upset his sister. When Chloe is desperate, Ethan makes a deal with her and takes over her father’s case. As Ethan’s contract lover, Chloe falls in love with him.
