After her brother's death, orchestrated by her adoptive sister to seize the family fortune, Fang Rongrong's relationship with her mother deteriorates as she is wrongly blamed. Determined to uncover the truth, Fang Rongrong is repeatedly sabotaged by her adoptive sister, Fang Xiaoyue, and is eventually forced out of the house. After surviving a near-death experience that leaves her in a vegetative state, Fang Rongrong uncovers the truth behind her brother's death. Using the identity of Yushu, who sacrificed herself to save her, Fang Rongrong returns to confront Fang Xiaoyue and expose her crimes. In the end, Fang Rongrong and her mother reconcile, and the family embarks on a new chapter.
