Katherine Foden, a wealthy heiress, enters a company as an intern to escape an arranged marriage, only to be bullied in the workplace by a fake heiress, Kathleen who has stolen her identity. Kathleen is the daughter of the female lead's father's driver, has gone to great lengths to impersonate a wealthy socialite and resorts to numerous schemes. Despite the fake heiress's antics and the blind adoration of clueless coworkers, Katherine focuses on advancing her career while continually exposing and humiliating the imposter. Unbeknownst to her at first, the fiancée Katherine’s father has chosen for her, David McGuire, is the CEO of the company she’s interning at. In the process, she gradually falls for David. David, who fell in love with the female lead at first sight, is under the mistaken impression that his fiancée is someone else. Katherine decides to silently observe and test him. After facing various challenges together, the misunderstandings are cleared, and the two ultimately find their happily ever after.
