After being cheated on by her fiance, Molly Stewart gets into a car accident but gains a blessing in disguise. She is rescued and mentored by Betsy Greenwood, matriarch of the Hudson family, becoming Vice President of Hudson Group. Xavier Hudson, the family's notorious playboy, falls for Molly at first sight when he sees her at the company. Betsy adores Molly and deliberately schemes to bring them together.
