Jacob Collins was framed and arrested for the crime of treason. His sister, Celia, had no choice but to become a dancer at Paramount Dance Hall. The Commander, Wayne Jerome, was trying to investigate Jacob's case. However, his cousin, Gabriel, took him to the Paramount and drugged him.
