✦ Synopsis

When Beryl learns that her husband Eric is having an affair, she faces provocation and framing from his mistress Cynthia. However, Eric is indifferent and only cares about his interests. Desperate, Beryl decides to participate in her mother’s experiment and become a cryogenic test subject, with the help of Hobart, who has long had a secret crush on her. Faced with Beryl’s determination to leave, Eric is filled with remorse. Cynthia is also abandoned and eventually reaps what she sows.
